OHenry’s Coffee is looking for applicants for Barista positions. Applicants should have strong and friendly communication skills, a team player, detail-oriented, and the ability to anticipate the needs of our guests.

Job Responsibilities:

- Anticipates customer and cafe needs by engaging with customers, evaluating the cafe environment, and following O’Henry’s shift standards

- Contributes to team morale and a positive work environment by displaying clear communication, integrity, and punctuality. 

- Excels in customer service as the main point of customer interactions through evaluating and understanding customer-specific needs.

- Educates and assists customers with coffee, beverage, food, and retail offerings. 

- Prepares and sells coffee beverages and food by following O’Henry’s recipes and preparation standards.

- Maintains a clean work environment by following O’Henry’s organizational standards, shift checklists, and sanitation regulations.

- Follows O’Henry’s operational policies and procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment. 

- Enhances overall coffee knowledge by participating in O’Henry’s training courses and educational opportunities.
