Job Responsibilities:
-Prep and bake menu items that are distributed from our Roaster
-Inventory (weekly) par levels for products
-Order (weekly) ingredients for food items
-Inventory (weekly) ingredients for food items
-Oversee ordering and inventory for sourced food items
-Inventory (weekly) all food ingredients and kitchen supplies
-Maintain clean and organized storage of all food items and prep supplies
-Maintain/clean all kitchen equipment and workspaces
-Coordinate with Coffee Production Manager for coffee production needs
-Label coffee bags, operate I-fill machine, label I-fill boxes, fill and seal coffee bags, grind whole bean coffee, clean and sanitize equipment, etc.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Able to stand for long periods of time
Safely use step stool/ladder
Basic math/unit conversion for measurements
Ability to follow detailed instructions
Work under limited supervision
Multitasking
Able to adapt priority of tasks to be completed per the needs of the business
Adhere to all food safety procedures (proper training and safety procedures will be provided)
