OHenry’s Coffee is looking for applicants for immediate Shift Leader positions. Applicants should have strong interpersonal skills, lead by example, the ability to delegate, direct and inspire their team, and the ability to anticipate the needs of our guests.

Job Responsibilities:

- Anticipates customer and cafe needs by engaging with customers, evaluating the cafe environment, and following OHenry’s shift standards

- Contributes to team morale and a positive work environment by displaying clear communication, integrity, and punctuality. 

- Excels in customer service as the main point of customer interactions through evaluating and understanding customer-specific needs.

- Educates and assists customers with coffee, beverage, food, and retail offerings. 

- Prepares and sells coffee beverages and food by following OHenry’s recipes and preparation standards.

- Maintains a clean work environment by following OHenry’s organizational standards, shift checklists, and sanitation regulations.

- Follows OHenry’s operational policies and procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment. 

- Collaborates and assists store manager with store operations as well as training new team members by promoting a positive learning environment and providing feedback; communicates team member progress with store manager.

- Fosters a positive work environment by providing clear and consistent training and feedback to team members to ensure the execution of OHenry’s standards and procedures. 

- Displays exceptional knowledge of OHenry’s procedures and key offerings including whole bean coffee, beverages, food items, and store operation standards. 

- Executes OHenry’s store operations standards during scheduled shifts including organizing and overseeing shift tasks, overseeing cash management procedures, and displaying exceptional customer service experiences.
